Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clarity, an AI-powered operational diagnostic tool operated by Efficient Enterprise Solutions, LLC ("EE Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Clarity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Clarity. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
2. Description of Service
Clarity is a free AI-powered tool that conducts a guided diagnostic conversation and generates a structured financial and operational analysis report. The report is intended to support internal business planning and decision-making conversations. Clarity is provided as a lead generation and educational tool by EE Solutions.
3. Not Professional Advice
The analysis and reports generated by Clarity are produced by AI based on information you provide and industry benchmarks. They are structured financial hypotheses, not professional financial, legal, accounting, or consulting advice.
All figures, estimates, projections, and recommendations are directional and illustrative only. They are not quotes, guarantees, or commitments from EE Solutions or any third party. You should not make material business decisions based solely on a Clarity report without independent validation.
EE Solutions expressly disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on the output of Clarity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Clarity only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying AI system prompts or logic
- Use Clarity to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Use automated tools to access Clarity at a volume that would disrupt service for others
- Use Clarity for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Your Report and Content
You retain ownership of the information you provide during your diagnostic session. By using Clarity, you grant EE Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs to generate your report, improve service quality, and for internal lead qualification and business development purposes.
Your report is accessible via a shareable link. You are responsible for deciding who you share it with. EE Solutions is not responsible for any consequences of you sharing your report with third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, technology, and underlying systems that make up Clarity — excluding your inputs — are the property of Efficient Enterprise Solutions, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Clarity without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Clarity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
AI models can make mistakes. The analysis generated by Clarity reflects the information provided and the judgment of the AI model at the time of generation. EE Solutions makes no representations about the accuracy or reliability of any specific output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Efficient Enterprise Solutions, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Clarity or reliance on any report or analysis generated by the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Clarity shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which in most cases is zero.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clarity shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Clarity after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
